About the Role
The Steelpoort Risk Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop by managing risk, completing inspections, and assisting with insurance claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Vehicle Assessment Book for trucks and trailers at the workshop
- Take photos of damages on vehicles
- Update “Group Risk Sheet” daily/monthly
- Gather information and documentation as required
- Obtain costs with assistance from the workshop
- Submit for AOD, get purchase orders, and invoices
- Manage incidents, accidents, and abuse
- Assist with insurance claim documentation
- Oversee fines administration
- Report on monthly statistics
Requirements
- Matric
- Computer Literate
- Excel is compulsory
- Ability to work under pressure without constant supervision
- Own transport
