We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in data analysis. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and recommendations for business improvement. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into data requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into data and reporting solutions.
• Utilize your expertise in T-SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Work closely with the development team to design and implement data solutions, including data warehouses and data marts.
• Provide support and guidance to business users in utilizing data analysis tools and platforms effectively.
• Perform data validation and quality assurance processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis methodologies and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business analysis role.
• Experience in Salesforce, T-SQL
• knowledge and experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and database design concepts.
• Experience with SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract insights from large and complex datasets.
• Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with programming languages
