Job Summary

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Applicant must be possession of a Grade 12 Certificate A minimum of 0ne 1 year experience working in Supply Chain Management Environment. Job Related Knowledge of Supply Chain Management Policies, Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), PPPFA, Legislations governing public sector procurement RESPONSIBILITIES Provide administrative support in terms of drafting and formatting submissions. Provide support in terms of arranging logistics for workshop and meeting Minutes taking of all meetings under SCM Coordinate and compile all necessary information and documents and submit to relevant directorate. Manage and maintain the document tracking system in the sub-directorate SCM Keep records of all documents for the SCM unit. Provide administrative assistant with the processes to administer service level agreement with client Assist with the processes to analyses reports and data sheets Provide general office administration and projects support service Facilitate processes for requisition of office consumables.
