Job Description
Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect for a well established architectural firm. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction process of various architectural projects, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and functional designs.
Responsibilities:
- Take the lead in all phases of architectural work, including conceptualization, design development, and project execution
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design proposals
- Create detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and staff
- Coordinate and liaise with construction professionals, consultants, and contractors
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and quality
- Stay updated with architectural trends and advancements in design software
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect or in a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous architectural projects
- Thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Professional architect license preferred
