Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect for a well established architectural firm. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction process of various architectural projects, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and functional designs.

Responsibilities:

• Take the lead in all phases of architectural work, including conceptualization, design development, and project execution
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design proposals
• Create detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and staff
• Coordinate and liaise with construction professionals, consultants, and contractors
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and quality
• Stay updated with architectural trends and advancements in design software

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proven experience as a Senior Architect or in a similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous architectural projects
• Thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Professional architect license preferred
