About the Role
HotelJobs, a leading contract catering company, is seeking an experienced Contract Catering Sales Executive to join our team in Pretoria. We are looking for someone with a strong background in sales and business development in the contract catering sector to secure new business and support the growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure new business opportunities in the private sector and government departments, as well as industrial, mining, corporate, educational, and healthcare sectors.
- Manage tender and proposal processes, ensuring timely submission and effective negotiation of contracts.
- Build and maintain current networks and relationships within these sectors, interacting at senior levels across all industries.
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure efficient delivery of outsourced food services, canteen, and catering services.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years sales experience in a sales and business development function in the contract catering sector (ESSENTIAL).
- Current networks and relationships within the private sector and government departments, as well as industrial, mining, corporate, educational, and healthcare sectors.
- Ability to interact at senior levels across all sectors.
Qualifications
- Completed higher education degree (minimum 3 years) in a relevant field.
- Relevant industry experience in outsourced food services, canteen, and catering services.
