Job Description

Description: Project Management (±60%) Implement project strategies and defined ways of working Identify and manage project tools, documentation, and workflows Define project scope, milestones, budgets, and timelines Track project performance, manage risks, and oversee change control Ensure projects are delivered on time, in full, and to a high-quality, auditable standard Consider commercial, legal, operational, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle Stakeholder Management & Communication (±30%) Identify internal and external stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams Facilitate structured feedback sessions and regular communication updates Proactively manage expectations and prevent scope creep Ensure smooth project handovers upon completion Documentation & Record-Keeping (±10%) Compile, maintain, and store project documentation in line with QMS processes Ensure compliance with regulatory standards including ISO, CE, and FDA requirements Maintain accurate records throughout the project lifecycle to support audits and organisational knowledge Requirements: Experience Minimum of 5 years experience in a project management role Proven experience managing complex projects from initiation to closure Experience in internal and external stakeholder management Highly advantageous: Experience within hardware, medical devices, health tech, or software development environments Qualifications Degree or relevant formal certification in Project Management ( essential ) Registration with a recognised project management institute ( advantageous ) Degree in Engineering or BCom Informatics / Information Systems ( advantageous ) Skills & Competencies (Essential) Project and process management End-to-end project lifecycle management Project control and reporting Risk identification and mitigation Strong research, analysis, and presentation skills Excellent organisational and communication abilities Please note only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
