Job Description

Minimum Requirements Proven senior-level field service experience Strong PC, hardware, and networking knowledge with troubleshooting ability Electrical knowledge and basic fault-finding skills Experience using power tools and performing installations Experience with digital signage or similar technical systems Ability to work independently and manage site operations Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills Excellent communication and reporting ability Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively to client sites Good physical health and ability to perform on-site technical work Key Responsibilities Management of Offline Screens Monitor and report on the operational status of all allocated screens. Identify and troubleshoot root causes of offline screens (hardware, network, or system-related). Coordinate repairs or replacements and oversee resolution processes. Site Visits & On-Site Repairs Schedule and travel to client sites where issues are reported. Conduct diagnostic testing and perform repairs or maintenance on-site. Ensure screens and systems are restored to full working condition. Time Management & Logging Accurately log arrival and departure times at sites via the designated app. Ensure all hours spent on-site are recorded correctly for operational tracking. Liaison with On-Site IT & Electricians Collaborate with on-site IT personnel and electricians to resolve complex issues. Clearly communicate technical requirements and findings to ensure efficient support. Liaison with IT Contact IT for advanced technical support when required. Log all communications and ensure implementation of recommended solutions. Technical Logging via TechEase App Record all technical issues, actions taken, and resolutions in the TechEase app. Maintain accurate and up-to-date issue tracking and status reporting. Remote Troubleshooting Conduct follow-up phone calls to troubleshoot and restore offline screens remotely. Coordinate with relevant teams to expedite issue resolution. Tools & Spares Management Maintain and manage inventory of tools and spare parts for allocated sites. Ensure adequate stock levels and reorder supplies when necessary. Reporting to Management Provide regular updates on technical issues, site visits, and progress. Communicate significant operational risks or recurring issues clearly and promptly. Route Planning Plan efficient travel routes to maximize productivity and minimize downtime. Adjust schedules based on priority changes or traffic conditions.
