Role Overview
• Detail-oriented and proactive administrator with 3-5 years’ tender administration experience.
• Manages full tender process, general office admin, and telesales support.
• Requires strong communication skills, computer literacy, and ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and compile tender documents per client requirements.
• Track tender opportunities and manage submission deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with tender specs and regulations.
• Prepare and send client quotations; follow up and maintain quote records.
• File, scan, and maintain organized physical and electronic records.
• Assist with daily office and administrative tasks.
• Conduct telesales calls; provide product/service information.
• Maintain telesales records and follow-up logs.
• Compile reports on tenders, quotes, and telesales activities.
• Liaise with clients and internal departments for smooth communication.
• Work confidently with Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• Update internal databases and documentation systems.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience in tender administration or similar admin role.
• Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good English communication skills; Afrikaans advantageous.
• High attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-motivated, professional, and reliable.
