About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling of stock in our Waterkloof location. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, inventory, and processes while maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch
- Ensure accurate stock control, inventory management, and reporting
- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff
- Enforce health, safety, and security procedures at all times
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and management teams
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems and stock control
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Computer literacy (Excel, stock systems, email)
- Valid drivers licence
Qualifications
- Matric / National Senior Certificate (NQF 4)
