About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Assistant Leader to join our team at Cresta in Randburg. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, minimizing shrinkage, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in managing all aspects of a store
- Maximizing turnover and profit
- Minimising shrinkage by monitoring stock-related risks
- Delivering exceptional customer service by implementing customer experience strategy
- Leading Talent selection, training, coaching, retention, and recognition initiatives for all team members
- Implementing innovative visual merchandising to optimize sales
- Implementing all company policies and procedures
- Maintaining health & safety practices
- Optimizing team through creating an inspiring environment
- Aligning team members to Company culture and creating fun
Requirements
- 3 years of Management retail experience
- Matric or Equivalent
- Microsoft Computer Proficiency
- Clear Criminal record
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
