Job Description
Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our client’s team. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Create and manage project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and construction crews
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Review and approve construction plans, drawings, and specifications
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being done correctly and on schedule
- Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholder
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Valid driver’s license
