About the Role
Oostelike Personeel Konsultante is seeking an energetic and experienced Salesperson to join our team in Randburg. As a Cresta Automotive Replacement Parts Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer service and sales expertise to our clients, driving revenue growth and achieving customer satisfaction levels. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, identifying solutions that fit their requirements, while maintaining a stable work record and providing excellent references.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective customers.
- Assist customers in understanding our products and identify solutions to fit their needs.
- Generate sales and renewals whilst continuing to achieve customer satisfaction levels.
- Maintain a clean criminal background and ITC (no bad debt) to ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Previous parts sales experience essential.
- Energetic salesperson with Automotive Spare Parts Sales experience.
- Extensive knowledge of vehicle replacement parts.
- Customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Must be a South African Citizen.
- Stable work record, must supply contact information for reference checks.
Salary & Benefits
- R 9 500 + Commission.
- Provident Fund and December Bonus.
