Job Description

Dry Cleaning Operator / Laundry WorkerWe are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Dry Cleaning Operator / Laundry Worker to join our team in Kya Sands, Randburg. This role suits someone who works well in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in high-quality workmanship and customer service.Key Duties:Sort, wash, dry, iron, fold, and prepare laundry.Inspect garments for stains or damage and report issues.Perform stain removal and pre-treatment where required.Operate and clean laundry and dry-cleaning equipment.Maintain accurate laundry records and inventory.Keep the work area clean, organised, and safe.Minor sewing duties (advantage).Requirements:Grade 12 or equivalent.Able to read and write in English.Physically fit; able to stand long hours and lift up to 10kg.Own cell phone and reliable transport.Honest, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.Willing to work a 6-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.Added Advantages:Previous laundry, dry cleaning, or hospitality experience.Sewing skills.Valid drivers licence and driving experience.
