An established occupational health and safety training institute is seeking a motivated Junior Office Administrator to join their team in Richards Bay. This role offers a great entry-level opportunity for a candidate to provide essential support through general filing, emails, and data capture within a professional environment. The ideal applicant will hold a Senior Certificate, possessing the ability to work independently while remaining well-versed in Microsoft Office. If you are a detail-oriented individual looking to grow your career in business administration, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Accurately entering and updating information within the company’s systems.
- Maintaining an organized physical and digital filing system for branch documentation.
- Handling daily email correspondence and general communication tasks.
- Providing general supporting functions to the team.
- Executing routine administrative duties independently while supporting the broader team.
Requirements:
- Hold a Senior Certificate.
- Possess a valid drivers licence.
- Be well versed in Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently.
- Have knowledge of SETA’s and Business administration, which is considered an advantage.
