About the Role

Fusion Human Capital is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join their team in Richards Bay, South Africa. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, implementing effective solutions
• Collaborate with other technicians to ensure seamless workflow and minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities

Requirements

• South African citizenship
• Red Seal qualification (or equivalent)
• Afrikaans speaking ability (basic to strong)
• Willingness to permanently relocate to the Netherlands
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment

Qualifications

• Formal education or relevant training in electrical engineering or a related field

Salary & Benefits

• Gross Monthly Salary: 4,354.00+ SA Rand – R85,900
• Holiday Allowance: 8.33% (paid above salary)
• Overtime: Paid according to client regulations
