About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Practice Manager to join our team in Robertson. As the face of our accounting practice, you will be responsible for managing client invoicing and billing administration, as well as maintaining internal financial records and providing general office and practice administration support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client invoicing and billing administration
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding debtor accounts
- Maintain the practice’s internal financial records
- Provide general office and practice administration
- Maintain client records and engagement documentation
- Support partners and staff with administrative coordination
- Liaison with SAIPA/SAICA on training contracts
Requirements
- Experience in financial administration, bookkeeping, or practice administration
- Previous experience in an accounting or professional services environment will be advantageous
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good computer literacy and experience with accounting or office software
- English and Afrikaans communication skills will be beneficial
