About the Role

PDNE is seeking an experienced ICT Infrastructure Manager to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining PDNE’s ICT infrastructure and systems, as well as overseeing ICT projects and supporting staff with technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure and systems
  • Administer ICT services and support staff with technical issues
  • Oversee ICT projects from planning to implementation
  • Provide people management and leadership to the ICT team

Requirements

  • Matric certificate
  • Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) qualification in Information Technology or related field as recognized by SAQA
  • Project Management certificate
  • Microsoft international certifications (MCP or MCSA or MCTS or MCSE)
  • CompTIA A+ certification
  • CompTIA Network+ certification
  • CompTIA Security+ certification
  • Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) certification
  • 5 years hands on technical experience in ICT infrastructure management and support environment
