About the Role
A Duty Manager position is vacant at Sun City, reporting to the Site Manager. The overall purpose of this role is to ensure the posting of Security Officers, that all site-specific security requirements are adhered to, and that Client needs are efficiently and professionally met at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring that contractual requirements are met as stipulated by the Client
- Maintaining good relations between Fidelity Security Services Group and the Client with regard to security services rendered
- Constantly evaluating service levels provided and making recommendations to the Client regarding the improvement of services
- Ensuring that Security staff maintains required performance at all times
- Dealing with all required administration matters
- Liaising daily with Branch management on various operational issues
- Submitting relevant weekly/monthly incident and general reports as required by Management
Requirements
- Matric certificate
- Psira Grade A registered and accredited
- At least 5 years experience in the security industry
- People management experience
- Computer literacy on Microsoft Programs
- Own transport and valid Drivers Licence is required
- Must be prepared to work extended hours
- Strong planning, leadership, and organisational skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills are essential
