About the Role

A Duty Manager position is vacant at Sun City, reporting to the Site Manager. The overall purpose of this role is to ensure the posting of Security Officers, that all site-specific security requirements are adhered to, and that Client needs are efficiently and professionally met at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring that contractual requirements are met as stipulated by the Client
• Maintaining good relations between Fidelity Security Services Group and the Client with regard to security services rendered
• Constantly evaluating service levels provided and making recommendations to the Client regarding the improvement of services
• Ensuring that Security staff maintains required performance at all times
• Dealing with all required administration matters
• Liaising daily with Branch management on various operational issues
• Submitting relevant weekly/monthly incident and general reports as required by Management

Requirements

• Matric certificate
• Psira Grade A registered and accredited
• At least 5 years experience in the security industry
• People management experience
• Computer literacy on Microsoft Programs
• Own transport and valid Drivers Licence is required
• Must be prepared to work extended hours
• Strong planning, leadership, and organisational skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills are essential
