Requirements that must be met:
* Grade 12 / N3 Technical
* Relevant technical qualification (NQF level 4)
* Must be computer literate
* Must be able to start immediately and be medically fit to work on the mine.

 Responsibilities would be but not limited to the following:
* Must be very thorough and have excellent attention to detail

* Able to use computer and the main software packages
* Auditing incoming documentation for quality checks to ensure compliance with company requirements
* Numbering & identifying of documents, quality and compliance checks on documents, organizing, filing both hard copies and electronic copies
* Reporting on the progress of documents
* Producing document progress reports to senior managers
* Conducting regular reviews and document audits
* Assisting with the planning stages of specific projects
* Making sure all the drawings are ready for managers and supervisors
* Assisting construction manager with early warnings, technical queries and submitting and scheduling teams` meetings with the mine
* PPE register, issue and inspecting, requisitions, sign off and updating requisitions tracers
* Assisting safety officer, planner, construction manager and other employers with any additional requirements
* Time and attendance management, site leave management, onboarding tracker management
