About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Property Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance standards, and exceptional guest expectations across our exclusive collection of 26 luxury cottages along the West Coast. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering seamless service and maintaining impeccable property standards while balancing the expectations of luxury guests and exacting owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operational management of 26 luxury cottages
  • Ensure all properties are maintained to exceptional luxury standards
  • Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance across the portfolio
  • Manage contractors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Liaise closely with property owners, maintaining strong professional relationships
  • Oversee guest readiness, ensuring cottages are flawlessly prepared for arrivals
  • Resolve guest or owner concerns with professionalism and urgency
  • Manage housekeeping coordination and quality control
  • Monitor property condition, reporting, and improvement planning
  • Ensure smooth operational flow across seasonal occupancy fluctuations

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in luxury property, villa, or hospitality management
  • Proven experience managing high-end guest or owner expectations
  • Strong operational and maintenance coordination experience
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Hands-on, proactive, and solution driven
  • Confident managing both luxury guests and high-net-worth property owners
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder
  • Operationally strong with the ability to juggle multiple properties
  • A natural problem solver with a “make it happen” attitude
