Job Summary
Position Overview:As the Administrator Coordinator, you will handle a variety of administrative and coordination tasks to support day-to-day operations. You will manage records, communicate across teams, and help keep the office organized, providing essential support to our management and technical teams.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer orders, repairs, and inventoryCoordinate schedules and communicate between technicians and other departmentsAssist in managing the booking system and follow up on appointment statusAnswer calls and handle customer inquiries professionallySupport management with ad-hoc tasks and reporting as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or coordination roleStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems is advantageousAttention to detail and problem-solving abilityAbility to work independently and within a team.
