About the Role
The Brand Manager role at Hewitt Colenbrander Recruitment is a key position responsible for executing brand plans across various channels, analyzing market trends, and driving business growth in the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Execution of brand plans (complete 360-degree campaigns on various channels) with ongoing ROI evaluations and subsequent revisions.
- Analysis of market trends and competitors.
- Briefing and coordinating artwork with retailers and other third parties, as well as the in-house designer.
- Monthly review of suppliers.
- Review of marketing expenditures per month.
- Collecting marketing recoveries by following up (NLT analysis on a weekly basis).
- Assistance with monthly stock management, including forecasting, inventory health, short-dated stock, range type fixes, and clearing disc stock.
- Defining and managing brand positioning and communication strategy using various media.
- Preparing and reviewing all promotional and advertising media.
- Monitoring marketing/communication/promotional spend.
- Managing Masterdata changes.
- Tracking daily marketing tracker changes.
- Raising marketing POs and seeing through to payment.
