About the Role
The Central Administrator role is a key position within the central admin division, supporting Business units across the company. This role requires strong administrative skills and attention to detail to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manual Contracts (Jotform): Audit and capture manual contracts submitted by clubs via QContact.
- DBA: Action any request to make changes on the membership (QContact) when necessary.
- Invalid contracts: Audit and cancel all invalid contracts from the club (QContact) if and when necessary.
- Unapplied Credit: All payments not allocated to charges, Void and receipt properly if and when necessary.
- Auditing all billing reports: Check all our Billing reports 3 days before the debit order submission date;
- Call Centre Escalation: Action All (Upgrades, Downgrades, Freezing and Transfers on CRM);
- Remotely Assist all clubs with Sales and reception queries via the CRM system QContact;
- Report any concerns to National Business Administration Manager and National Business Administration Auditor.
