About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Call Centre Agent to join our team in Sandton. As a Customer Account Consultant, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable work experience and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a compliant and customer-centric manner to secure a Promise to Pay.
- Communicate effectively to obtain relevant information from customers.
- Handle interactions with care and professionalism, adhering to our Customer-Centric Approach.
- Collaborate with the team and manage your tasks efficiently as part of Teamwork & Self-Management.
- Utilize your knowledge of Pepkor Lifestyle policies, processes, and Collections systems to resolve customer queries.
Requirements
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Pepkor Lifestyle policies, processes, and Collections systems.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation (CPA, NCA, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant systems/applications.
- Strong telephone etiquette and negotiation abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Conflict management and emotional intelligence.
- Business numerical skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
Matric certificate and a Diploma/ Degree in customer service, business communication, or a related field.
