About the Role
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Account Consultant- Contact Centre: Call Centre Agent. As a recent graduate with a diploma or degree in customer service, business communication, or a related field, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable work experience in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a compliant and customer-centric manner to secure a Promise to Pay.
- Communicate effectively to obtain relevant information from customers.
- Handle interactions with care and professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with the team and manage your tasks efficiently.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and relevant systems/applications to perform job duties.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Pepkor Lifestyle policies, processes, and Collections systems.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation (CPA, NCA, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong telephone etiquette and negotiation abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Conflict management and emotional intelligence.
- Business numerical skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
Matric certificate and a Diploma/ Degree in customer service, business communication, or a related field.
