About the Role
We are seeking a Facilitator to deliver structured learning sessions that promote learner participation and applied understanding, while ensuring alignment with Occupational Qualification curriculum requirements and QCTO delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured learning sessions that integrate theory, practical application, and workplace relevance
- Support diverse learning needs and learning styles
- Conduct formative and summative assessments in accordance with QCTO and internal assessment policies
- Guide learners in compiling and maintaining Portfolios of Evidence (PoE)
- Prepare learners for the External Integrated Summative Assessment (EISA) process
- Ensure programme delivery aligns with the requirements of the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO)
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience facilitating accredited training programmes
- Registered Assessor and/or Moderator for relevant qualifications will be advantageous
- Valid drivers licence
- Willingness to travel outside Gauteng when required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
