Hire Resolve is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Legal Specialist focused on Property Law for a financial services company. As a Junior Legal Specialist, you will be responsible for providing legal support and expertise in property-related matters.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal research on property laws and regulations
• Analysing and interpreting legal documents related to property transactions
• Drafting legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and deeds
• Assisting with property title searches and due diligence processes
• Supporting senior legal professionals in property litigation and negotiation
• Communicating with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders regarding property matters
• Staying updated on changes in property laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in property law or related legal fields
• Strong knowledge of property laws, regulations, and procedures
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in legal software and research tool
