Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of tour operating experience
• Knowledge of Tourplan and WETU (advantageous)
• Strong geographical, logistical, and product knowledge of South, Southern, and East Africa
• Good understanding of delivering excellent service to agents/guests
• Experience with booking systems like Tourplan or similar
• Aptitude for learning and lateral thinking
• Excellent organizational and initiative skills
• Strong communication skills; fluent in written and spoken English
• Excellent organizational skills, including time management and task prioritization
• Detail-oriented
• Computer literate: experienced with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Familiarity with web reporting portals
• Understanding of the travel industry through study or work experience
• Knowledge of market operations
• Attention to detail and orderly work habits for continuity in shared tasks
• Proficiency in Tourplan, WETU, ZOHO, and Maximizer
• Understanding quantitative and qualitative data
• Ability to create strategies and make commercial decisions
• Knowledge of sales processes and methodologies
