Job Summary

VACANCY: RETAIL REGIONAL MANAGER GAUTENGR50,000 CTCA well-established and expanding retail group is seeking a Retail Regional Manager to oversee and support multiple stores along the coastal region of South Africa. This role is ideal for a driven, experienced professional ready to lead operations, boost sales performance, and develop high-performing teams.Key Responsibilities:Drive regional sales and meet performance targetsLead, mentor, and develop store managers and staffEnsure operational efficiency, compliance, and cost controlOversee marketing rollouts, visual merchandising, and in-store executionManage stock control, inventory processes, and customer service standardsMinimum Requirements:National Diploma in Retail Management or related field (essential)Minimum 5 years’ experience in regional or multi-store retail managementProven track record in team leadership, sales growth, and complianceProficient in Microsoft Excel and retail POS systemsKnowledge of IR, labour law, and health & safety standardsPersonal Attributes:Proactive, results-driven, and resilientStrong leadership and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with a passion for customer service excellenceCapable of thriving in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
