Job Description

Key Responsibilities Walk Me / Digital Adoption Engineering Design, develop, and maintain advanced Walk Me solutions across enterprise applications (ERP, HRIS, EAM, Finance, Procurement, Safety systems, etc.). Build Smart Walk-Thrus, Launchers, ShoutOuts, SmartTips, and automation workflows. Optimise user journeys and reduce system friction across multiple platforms. Implement Walk Me best practices, governance standards, and naming conventions. Monitor Walk Me analytics and continuously improve adoption and usability. Systems & Process Integration Integrate WalkMe solutions with complex enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, Workday, ServiceNow, and bespoke mining systems. Analyse business processes and translate them into guided digital workflows. Work closely with business analysts, process engineers, and system owners. SQL & Data-Driven Optimisation Use SQL to extract, analyse, and interpret system usage data. Develop reports and dashboards to measure user behaviour, adoption metrics, and system performance. Provide data insights to improve digital adoption strategies. Microsoft Power Platform Enablement Develop PowerApps and Power Automate workflows to complement WalkMe guided processes. Automate manual business processes and integrate with enterprise data sources. Support low-code/no-code initiatives across business units. Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory Engage with global stakeholders across IT, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Safety. Provide advisory on digital adoption strategies for new system implementations. Support change management, training, and user enablement initiatives. Governance & Standards Establish and maintain WalkMe development standards and documentation. Ensure solutions comply with IT security, data privacy, and enterprise architecture standards. Mentor junior WalkMe builders and promote DAP best practices. Minimum Requirements 6 years experience in enterprise software engineering or digital adoption roles. 3 years hands-on WalkMe development experience in large organisations. Strong SQL querying, reporting, and data analysis skills. Proven experience building solutions using Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate. Experience working across multiple enterprise systems (ERP, HR, EAM, CRM, ITSM). Experience in complex, integrated, large-scale environments. Advantageous Experience Experience in mining, engineering, manufacturing, or other asset-intensive industries. Experience with SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, Workday, or ServiceNow. Knowledge of change management and digital transformation programmes. WalkMe certifications (Builder / Analyst / Architect). Microsoft Power Platform certifications. Technical Skills WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) SQL (advanced querying, reporting, data analysis) Microsoft PowerApps Microsoft Power Automate API and system integration concepts Understanding of ERP / HRIS / EAM / ITSM ecosystems Analytics and user behaviour tracking Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to work across global, cross-functional teams Documentation and governance mindset Mentorship and leadership capability Adaptability in complex, evolving environments Key Outcomes Improved user adoption across enterprise systems Reduced training and support overhead through digital guidance Data-driven optimisation of user journeys Streamlined and automated business processes Standardised WalkMe governance across the organisation Work Environment Global mining enterprise with highly integrated systems landscape Cross-functional collaboration across IT and Business units Participation in major digital transformation and system rollouts Hybrid / on-site as required within operational mining context Qualifications Relevant Degree / Diploma in IT, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field WalkMe and/or Microsoft certifications advantageous
