About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Emperors Palace, part of Peermont Global. As a key member of our F&B operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of all restaurants, bars, room service, and Salon Prive. You will work closely with various departments to ensure effective communication and maintain high standards of discipline and deportment among employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the F&B operation, including Restaurants, Bars, Banqueting, Room Service, and Salon Prive.
• Closely work with Groups & Conventions, National Sales, F&B Control, Kitchen, and Finance to ensure effective communication and maintain required discipline and deportment among employees.
• Monitor financial budgets, including costs and revenues within the allocated portfolio.
• Attend to all guest queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure standards and services meet or exceed those required by the complex’s grading and are maintained at all times.
• Collaborate with the Promotions department to ensure smooth running of F&B promotions.
• Monitor IR and HR policies and procedures, applying them consistently throughout the F&B department.
• Implement Revenue and Service Improvement Strategies to maximize profitability.

Requirements

• 2-4 years’ experience in the F&B division (5 years or more will be an added advantage)
• Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Fidelio F&B and Fidelio Sales & Catering knowledge is an added advantage
