Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, or service requests. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships.
