About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, or service requests.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service systems.
Qualifications
No formal education or qualifications are required for this role. A high school diploma or equivalent is sufficient.
