Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our food distribution company in Silverton, Pretoria. In this multifaceted role, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle—from recruiting, screening, and interviewing top talent to managing comprehensive payroll functions and general HR administration. The ideal candidate will be a labor law expert with a proven track record in handling disciplinaries and employee relations, as well as coordinating staff training initiatives. To qualify, you must hold a formal HR or Personnel Management qualification, possess at least 5 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate extensive payroll knowledge; experience with Turbo Time software is a significant advantage.
