Minimum Requirements Grade 12 Logistics / Trade / Supply Chain qualification Experience in the clearing and forwarding industry Understand PPECB/DALRRD/Phytclean/Titan certification process High level of computer skills (having worked on QX / Ship Shape / Ports Online /Ecert will be highly advantageous) Willing to work overtime in peak season Duties and Responsibilities: Deal with customer queries Prepare export documentation (SD500, Phyto, COO etc.) Communicate ETD / ETA to customers along with any delays in transit Follow up with client or Origin office for suitable documentation Request documents from clients Arrange bookings with clients Liaise with shipping lines Position available for Feb 2024.
