Job Advertisement: Junior Manager Growing Coffee Company Are you an enthusiastic and motivated professional with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences, supporting team development, and contributing to sustainable business practices? Our growing coffee brand is seeking a Junior Manager to help lead one of our vibrant locations. You’ll play a key role in supporting the store’s daily operations while upholding our commitment to quality and community engagement. Key Responsibilities: Guest Experience: Assist in ensuring an exceptional customer experience by upholding high standards in service, product quality, and store ambiance. Operational Support: Support the General Manager with day-to-day operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and administrative tasks. Team Collaboration: Help build a positive, motivated team by providing support, guidance, and coaching to team members. Training & Development: Participate in team training initiatives and contribute to a culture of learning and growth. Community Engagement: Support initiatives that align with our values of sustainability and community involvement. Requirements: Experience in a supervisory or team lead role within the hospitality or retail industry. Basic understanding of financial processes and willingness to learn more about cost control and performance analysis. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. A proactive, detail-focused approach with a problem-solving attitude and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
