Somerset West: Office/Procurement Coordinator

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION You must be able to work independently and accurately keep records and be proactive in your approach to ensuring the profitability of the company. You will have completed Matric, coupled with at least 5-10 years experience in office/administration management, as well as procurement and order processing administration. You will have proven experience in facilitating maintenance, dealing with service providers and relevant SLAs, coordinating timesheets and leave for factory staff, ensuring company vehicles are regularly maintained and liaising with reception on meetings and visitors. In addition, you will have a background in processing sales orders, managing website orders and correspondence, as well as coordinating and booking travel arrangements of sales and directors.
