About the Role

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator / Personal Assistant for a truly unique luxury guest farm nestled in the breathtaking Franschhoek Valley, Western Cape. This individual will act as the Organising Anchor, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office while supporting the Founders and Management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office administration
  • Maintain organised systems
  • Manage supplies
  • Provide essential support across hospitality, farm, HR, and finance functions
  • Assist with personal administration for the Founders, including travel arrangements, errands, and general coordination
  • Receive supplier deliveries
  • Support stock administration
  • Maintain accurate filing systems
  • Assist with financial tasks such as invoice collection, reconciliations, and contract administration

Requirements

  • Strong administrative and organisational experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Confident communication in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities
  • Hospitality or lifestyle brand experience would be advantageous

Qualifications

  • Formal education/certifications (if applicable)

Salary & Benefits

  • R12,000 – R15,000 per annum
