The successful candidate will assist in overseeing the smooth running of all front office operations, including reservations, guest service, and team supervision. The role requires a hands-on individual with excellent leadership and communication skills who can inspire and guide their team to maintain the highest service standards. Close interaction with guests will form a key part of the role, ensuring that every stay exceeds expectations. Requirements Minimum 35 years experience in Front Office or Guest Relations within a luxury beach resort or coastal hotel Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and train a multicultural team. Strong operational knowledge of front-office procedures including check-in/check-out, room allocation, and guest correspondence. Previous experience working with reservations or property management systems (PMS) such as Opera, ResRequest, or Odis Excellent guest service and communication skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving. Confident handling guest feedback and implementing service improvements. Strong administrative, organisational, and reporting abilities. A professional, well-presented, and approachable manner. Excellent communication skills (English) and an additional European language would be an advantage. Stable employment history and contactable references.
