The ideal candidate will be highly organised, guest-focused, and able to deliver exceptional service while supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role within a fine dining or luxury restaurant environment

• Strong administrative skills and ability to manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Positive attitude and professional appearance

• Confident in hosting and interacting with guests

• Strong floor management and operational performance

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

• Commitment to maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations

• Ensure smooth service flow and high-quality guest experiences

• Maintain and enforce SOPs and operational standards

• Host and interact with guests, providing a personalised dining experience

• Support and supervise floor staff, providing guidance and motivation

• Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and stock control

• Ensure the restaurant is clean, organised, and fully compliant with health and safety standards
