AUDIT PRACTICE ADMINISTRATOR / ACCOUNTING OFFICER – Menlyn, Pretoria East Salary: R25, 000 – R30, 000 CTC per month (depending on qualifications and experience) Start Date: ASAP Our client, a well-established Audit and Accounting Practice based in Menlyn, Pretoria East, is seeking an experienced Audit Practice Administrator / Accounting Officer to join their professional team. Minimum Requirements: • Grade 12 • Relevant Accounting Qualification (Diploma, Degree or similar) advantageous • Previous experience within an Audit or Accounting Practice environment • Sound knowledge of company registrations, statutory compliance, and practice administration • Experience with CIPC, SARS and COIDA registrations, management and submissions • Experience preparing Annual Financial Statements • Strong process management and workflow optimisation skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • CaseWare and Accfin experience highly advantageous • Strong administrative, organisational and communication skills • Valid driver’s license and own transport preferred Key Responsibilities: • Manage the organisational and registration aspects of the firm • Handle company, close corporation and trust registrations, amendments and compliance matters • Manage and process CIPC, SARS and COIDA registrations, submissions and statutory requirements • Maintain statutory records and ensure compliance deadlines are met • Prepare Annual Financial Statements for various entities • Assist with accounting and audit-related administrative functions • Review, implement and optimise internal processes and workflows • Ensure effective process management and operational efficiency within the practice • Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies and relevant stakeholders • Maintain accurate records, filing systems and compliance documentati How to Apply:
