The successful Head Guide will lead and mentor a team of guides, ensuring all safari activities are delivered to the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and guest engagement. This role requires a dynamic Manager who is passionate about wildlife, conservation, and delivering unforgettable safari experiences in a luxury Lodge environment.
