Role Duties and Responsibilities Working with CIPC (changing directors and annual returns). Submit SARS returns via e-filing/Easyfile: EMP201, EMP501, VAT201. Retrieve monthly VAT information from accounting programs and doing VAT reconciliations. Submit returns on U-filing. Submit returns to Department of Labour/Workmans Compensation and get letter of good standing from platform. Communication and interaction (phone/email) with UIF/Department of Labour. Retrieve client information from various platforms monthly. Office administration (filing, organising data, updating forms, etc). Training will be provided on most of the duties listed above. Requirements Qualification in Accounting (preferred) Accounting Articles (preferred) Proficiency in Afrikaans Accounting experience Willingness to learn cloud based programs (knowledge of cloud based systems will be an advantage) Strong administrative skills Must be able work with deadlines Comfortable with technology and willing to learn/investigate new ways of doing

Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Pastel, Sage, QuickBooks). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
