About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our team in Cape Town, ensuring consistent sales growth, operational compliance, and customer satisfaction across multiple branches. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and drive the performance of multiple branches within the assigned region.
- Ensure building maintenance and health and safety requirements of all branches are in place.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience of managing profit and loss, balance sheet and associated financial responsibilities.
- Understanding of procurement.
- Sales and customer interaction experience.
Requirements
- At least 5 to 8 years of Regional Management experience in the motor/automotive industry.
- A South African born Citizen with a clean criminal background.
Qualifications
- Matric or equivalent.
- B.Com Management or Relevant degree beneficial (not mandatory).
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary is market related.
- Provident Fund and December Bonus.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (08:00 to 17:00) and Saturday (08:00 to 13:00).
