About the Role
Oostelike Personeel Konsultante is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our automotive industry operations in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regional management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth and operational compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and drive the performance of multiple branches within the assigned region, ensuring consistent sales growth, operational compliance, customer service, and team performance.
- Align branch teams with company goals, identifying challenges and executing solutions on the ground.
- Ensure building maintenance and health and safety requirements of all branches are in place.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience of managing profit and loss, balance sheet, and associated financial responsibilities.
- Understanding of procurement.
- Sales and customer interaction experience.
Requirements
- A South African born Citizen with a clean criminal background.
- At least 5 to 8 years of Regional Management experience in the motor/automotive industry.
- Matric or equivalent and a B.Com Management or Relevant degree would be beneficial.

Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary is market related.
- Provident Fund and December Bonus.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (08:00 to 17:00) and Saturday (08:00 to 13:00).
