Requirements:

• Strong bookkeeping and accounting knowledge

• Minimum 1 years solid experience with Xero Accounting Software

• Experience within accounting/finance industry

• Payroll processing and reconciliations

• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office Suite skills

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Attention to detail and accuracy (completer-finisher approach)

• Ability to self-manage with minimal supervision

• Confidential handling of sensitive financial information

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
