Job Summary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant FMCG operations, manufacturing, or project management certifications (advantageous).
- 2-5 years in the FMCG sector, with a focus on manufacturing, supply chain, or wholesale distribution.
- Proven experience in managing production operations and supplier relationships.
- Strong leadership and team management.
- Excellent organizational and operational efficiency.
- Negotiation and customer relationship management.
- Analytical and proficient in relevant software for tracking performance.
- Entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset.
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Key
Responsibilities:
- Oversee manufacturing, production planning, procurement, sales, and logistics operations.
- Coordinate between teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead and motivate staff to meet productivity and quality targets.
- Manage supplier and client relationships to ensure quality and service.
- Develop custom-branded products with production teams.
- Monitor operational costs and collaborate on achieving growth targets.
