About the Role
Our Client in the Insurance Industry is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team based at their King Williams Town offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client services and relations
- Data capturing and data entry
- Category A, B, C and retail pension benefits administration
- Maintain accurate records and files
Requirements
- Matric or equivalent
- RE5 certification (advantage)
- 2 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry
- 1 year of client services experience
- 1 year’s experience in data capturing
- Experience in Category A, B, C and retail pension benefits administration (advantage)
Qualifications
- Formal education recognized by the FSB
