About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our client’s team in Cape Town, Western Cape. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction site operations and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee construction site operations and manage project timelines
- Organise tasks and ensure site management is carried out effectively
- Develop and implement site management strategies to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Requirements
- Diploma in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- 5-8 years of experience as a Construction Site Supervisor
- All-round construction site management experience
- Strong site management and task organisation skills
- Greenhouse experience advantageous (not essential)
