About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our client’s team in Cape Town, Western Cape. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction site operations and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction sites to ensure efficient use of resources and minimal waste
- Supervise site personnel to achieve project goals and objectives
- Coordinate task organization and scheduling to meet deadlines
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Diploma in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- 5-8 years of experience as a Construction Site Supervisor
- All-round construction site management experience
- Strong site management and task organisation skills
- Greenhouse experience is advantageous (not essential)
