Location: Mossel Bay, Western Cape, South Africa

Type: Full-time – In office

Salary: Between R8 000 and R15 000 per month, depending on qualifications and years of experience.

Sagen Advisory is recruiting on behalf of our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking accounting firm with an international footprint and a strong local presence. Our client’s team of 35 operates from offices in Cape Town, London, and Mossel Bay, with their founder leading from Ibiza. They specialize in providing comprehensive financial solutions to a diverse client base, from local businesses in the Garden Route to multinational corporations. The Position

We are seeking a creative and hands-on Content Creator to join our team in Mossel Bay. This is a role for someone who is passionate about storytelling and skilled in visual and written communication. You will be the person who captures the essence of our firm, creating content that engages our audience and reflects both our local roots and our international identity.

You don’t need to be an accounting expert, but you must have a keen eye for compelling content and a strong desire to learn about our industry. Your main goal is to produce high-quality, consistent content that showcases our expertise and our culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Content Creation: Produce a consistent flow of original content, including short-form videos (Reels, TikToks), graphics, and professional photographs for social media.

  • Video Production: Capture, edit, and subtitle short videos of team members, events, and behind-the-scenes moments to showcase the firm’s culture and expertise.

  • Written Content: Draft engaging copy for social media posts and assist with writing articles, blogs, and newsletters.

  • Community Storytelling: Actively seek out and capture stories from our team in Mossel Bay, Cape Town, and London to highlight our global culture. Share client success stories and industry insights in a compelling format.

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual and written content aligns with our brand guidelines and professional voice.

  • Content Library Management: Help organize and maintain a library of creative assets, including photos, videos, and graphics.
