Job Summary
KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION You must be able to work independently and accurately keep records and be proactive in your approach to ensuring the profitability of the company. You will have a qualification in Sales/ Business Management or Communication, coupled with 2-5 years experience in managing customer success and key account management within a software development environment, ideally in the Hospitality or Point of Sale sector. A sound knowledge of ICT network and hardware, software development life cycles, ZOHO CRM and developing future growth plans and services to customers. You will have experience in driving success of projects across cross-functional teams to ensure delivery on SLAs You will be an effective communicator, be able to manage several tasks simultaneously, be able to travel extensively and present yourself in a professional manner You must have a valid drivers licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record Due to the exceptionally high volume of applications, we are unable to correspond with each applicant personally, therefore only relevant and suitable candidates will be contacted.
