- Min of 3 years previous dairy experience
- Previous pasture management experience
- Ability to AI
- Computer literate
- Strong admin, record keeping and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Must be a hands-on person, hard-working, deadline-driven and diligent
- Maintenance orientated
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid passport
